Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mário Aires kicked off to start the match. After 3 played minutes bestplayers got a freekick which was hit by Igor Lobo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Henriques got free with Juliano Graça in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberto Henriquess short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Juliano Graça to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mário Aires during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, Mário Aires hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bento Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bento Esteves in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juliano Graça prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Flávio Benevides fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Ferreira having to interfere. António Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mário Aires in the 19th minute of the match. Juliano Graça took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bento Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Mário Aires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 25th minute Mário Aires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but António Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flávio Benevides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bento Esteves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristiano Mendes during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of bestplayers booed when Feliteira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. bestplayers's Mário Aires got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind bestplayers's goalkeeper Juliano Graça, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mário Aires's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but António Ferreira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bento Esteves to make the kick off. Rúben Lamego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. António Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes in the game, Cesário Monteiro fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without António Ferreira having to interfere. With a little luck, Feliteira's António Ferreira got control of the ball when Flávio Benevides tried to sneak it across the goal line. António Ferreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flávio Benevides in the 68th minute. Rúben Lamego kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mário Aires in the 75th minute of play forced Feliteira's goalkeeper António Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flávio Benevides couldn't finish the play. Bento Esteves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Juliano Graça read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. After 86 played minutes bestplayers got a freekick which was hit by Cesário Monteiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bento Esteves in the 89th minute of play forced bestplayers's goalkeeper Juliano Graça to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flávio Benevides could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but António Ferreira made a huge save. 98 minutes into the match, Bento Esteves notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of bestplayers's Juliano Graça. Juliano Graça was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Feliteira's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
