Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adolfo Guerreiro started the match with the kick off. Durval Noronha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adolfo Guerreiro's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Adolfo Guerreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Durval Noronha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Ferro struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Durval Noronha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bodiosa. Adolfo Guerreiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Durval Noronha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Ferro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olívio Vilas Boas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cândido Teixeira having to interfere. Adolfo Guerreiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Durval Noronha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Ferro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Durval Noronha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Guerreiro in the 40th minute of play. Cândido Teixeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cláudio Coutinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cláudio Coutinho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Abílio Lessa's late challenge caught a Bodiosa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abílio Lessa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, sMog FC's Abílio Lessa got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 56th match minute, sMog FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Normando Monsanto to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, sMog FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Marco Ferro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Adolfo Guerreiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in sMog FC's zone, Marco Ferro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Durval Noronha came out of the goal and Marco Ferro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 66th minute, António Regueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When sMog FC's Olívio Vilas Boas in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bodiosa's goalie prevented a goal. Durval Noronha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adolfo Guerreiro's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the match, sMog FC's goalkeeper Durval Noronha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Ferro. Jorge Assunção was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 78th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Durval Noronha made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Marco Ferro sent off a good shot on target. Bodiosa's Marco Ferro was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 81st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Adolfo Guerreiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Durval Noronha having to interfere. Durval Noronha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Guerreiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. sMog FC's Durval Noronha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save sMog FC from getting a goal against them.
