In the 20th minute, Amílcar Branco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Afonso Maia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Leão was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. The referee gave Pedra FC a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Álvaro Almeida, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SC Fartaria's Pedro Leão. 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in SC Fartaria's zone, Amílcar Branco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Leão came out of the goal and Amílcar Branco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amílcar Branco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Pedro Leão made a huge save. If Afonso Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Amílcar Branco struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Pedro Leão didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pedra FC. 55 minutes into the match, Afonso Maia notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of SC Fartaria's Pedro Leão. Pedro Leão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 58 minutes into the match, SC Fartaria's goal looked a bit too open when Amílcar Branco came free, but Pedro Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amílcar Branco couldn't finish the play. After 84 played minutes SC Fartaria got a freekick which was hit by Amílcar Antunes. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Afonso Maia sped through SC Fartaria's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Leão.
