Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Raimundo Rangel took the kick off in the first half of the match. Raimundo Rangel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Valério Azeredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cesário Nunes's late challenge caught a União D.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cesário Nunes helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes C .U .D.LEVERENS got a freekick which was hit by Cesário Nunes. Sérgio Meireles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Abrantes in the 8th minute of the match. Albertino Toscano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sérgio Meireles made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filipe Brito in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Abrantes in the 24th minute of play forced C .U .D.LEVERENS's goalkeeper Sérgio Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomé Aires scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valério Azeredo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristiano Abrantes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filipe Brito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Sérgio Meireles made a huge save. If Tomé Aires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Raimundo Rangel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 48th minute, Filipe Brito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The União D.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1.

56 minutes into the game, Albertino Toscano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. União D.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C .U .D.LEVERENS the free kick. After 56 played minutes União D.C. got a freekick which was hit by Albertino Toscano. Raimundo Rangel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valério Azeredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. The supporters of C .U .D.LEVERENS booed when União D.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando lacerda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armindo Barros was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 63rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raimundo Rangel in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valério Azeredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to C .U .D.LEVERENS getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Cesário Nunes hit a great ball. Raimundo Rangel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valério Azeredo having to interfere. C .U .D.LEVERENS's Cesário Nunes got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 93 minutes, Raimundo Rangel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C .U .D.LEVERENS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raimundo Rangel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filipe Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Meireles having to interfere. If Filipe Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C .U .D.LEVERENS were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
