Sidónio Pestana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonardo Severiano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sidónio Pestana went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Aristides Gouveia struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Avelino Monsanto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ZcalabitanoZ. Aristides Gouveia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Avelino Monsanto made a huge save. The Bandavizes fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Bandavizes's Sidónio Pestana looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sidónio Pestana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 24 minutes, Severino Patrício mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ZcalabitanoZ and the Bandavizes players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ZcalabitanoZ's Severino Patrício got a free kick in the 25th minute. Sidónio Pestana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Leonardo Severiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Aristides Gouveia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Cristóvão Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Bandavizes getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Saúl Vidal hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, Bandavizes's goalkeeper Avelino Monsanto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aristides Gouveia. If Cristóvão Vaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Aristides Gouveia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avelino Monsanto having to interfere. After having played for 57 minutes, Sidónio Pestana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandavizes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sidónio Pestana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sidónio Pestana got free with Leonardo Severiano in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristóvão Vaz struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Avelino Monsanto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ZcalabitanoZ. A collision led to Bandavizes getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Valentim Marques hit a great ball. In the 78th minute of the match David Azenha shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Avelino Monsanto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 79 played minutes Bandavizes got a freekick which was hit by Saúl Vidal. Avelino Monsanto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristóvão Vaz in the 80th minute of play. Cristóvão Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Cristóvão Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. ZcalabitanoZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristóvão Vaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Avelino Monsanto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
