Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nuno Morais got the match started through his kick off. 9 minutes into the match, SC Foios's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Nascimento came free, but Hipólito Carvalhais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Morais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fábio Miranda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Hipólito Carvalhais made a huge save. 14 minutes into the match, Fábio Miranda notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of SC Foios's Hipólito Carvalhais. Hipólito Carvalhais was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. SC Foios's Hipólito Carvalhais proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save SC Foios from getting a goal against them. SC Foios's Hipólito Carvalhais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Nascimento in the 19th minute of play. After 20 minutes, Maurício Barbosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Foios and the SC Arrifes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th match minute, SC Foios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maurício Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. Fábio Miranda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Hipólito Carvalhais made a huge save. Hipólito Carvalhais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hipólito Carvalhais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Freitas in the 26th minute of the match. Fábio Miranda hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Nuno Morais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipólito Carvalhais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Carvalhal in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inácio Aguiar saved SC Arrifes from getting behind. Inácio Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Carvalhal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38thth minute of the game Marcelo Carvalhal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Arrifes's Inácio Aguiar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fábio Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Hipólito Carvalhais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nuno Morais in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hipólito Carvalhais saved SC Foios from getting behind.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelo Carvalhal to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelo Carvalhal in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Inácio Aguiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hipólito Carvalhais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Miranda in the 58th minute of the match. Francisco Nascimento hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the game, SC Foios's Miguel Vilalobos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inácio Aguiar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 74th minute, SC Foios's Bento Corte-Real seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bento Corte-Real the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SC Foios protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bento Corte-Real had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Hipólito Carvalhais went to the wrong direction when Gabriel Mota was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After a rather tough play, SC Foios's Miguel Vilalobos got a free kick in the 77th minute. Fábio Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Hipólito Carvalhais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hipólito Carvalhais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Morais, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. A collision led to SC Foios getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Marcelo Carvalhal hit a great ball. David Quinaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Inácio Aguiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 minutes SC Arrifes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marcelo Carvalhal who took care of the corner kick. Marcelo Carvalhal made a great header on SC Foios's corner, it was just that SC Arrifes's Inácio Aguiar managed to reach the ball for a save. Albérico Lemos struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Inácio Aguiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Foios. Cristiano Costa made in the 96th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which André Freitas however managed to control. Hipólito Carvalhais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Miranda in the 97th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
