Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Coroados's Emílio Lisboa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Jaime Moutinho fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Coroados's protests and gave Jaime Moutinho a yellow card for diving instead. After 5 played minutes SC Coroados got a freekick which was hit by Jaime Moutinho. SC Coroados's Alfredo Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Leite in the 9th minute of play. Daniel Guerreiro was extremely unlucky when he, in the 13th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 17thth minute of the game Emílio Lisboa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Orgens's Basílio Moura was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 18 minutes into the match, SC Orgens's goal looked a bit too open when Emílio Lisboa came free, but Basílio Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Moutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After 30 minutes SC Orgens's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Emanuel Lopes who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Emanuel Lopes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Orgens's Basílio Moura did a great save. In the 34th minute Ricardo Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Eduardo Dantas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 41st minute of the match Henrique Vieira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredo Oliveira skillfully saved the ball. António Faro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Alfredo Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when António Faro made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Faro in the 55th minute of play forced SC Coroados's goalkeeper Alfredo Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 minutes, Eduardo Dantas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Coroados and the SC Orgens players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 57 played minutes SC Coroados got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Dantas. During the 59th minute of the match Eduardo Dantas completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Eduardo Dantas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of SC Orgens booed when SC Coroados was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Coroados's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Miguel Almeida was slow to take the kick. During this time SC Orgens's players had a chance to rest. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ricardo Leite got free with Alfredo Oliveira in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Daniel Guerreiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. António Faro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Ricardo Leite reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alfredo Oliveira. The goal made the score 0-2. Alfredo Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from António Faro in the 82nd minute of the match. SC Coroados's Alfredo Oliveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save SC Coroados from getting a goal against them. SC Orgens's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
