Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Branco started the match with the kick off. After 10 minutes, Ricardo Anjos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gondifellos FC and the Muar players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th match minute, Gondifellos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Anjos to maneuver through the defense. Viriato Ferro didn't quite understand what happened when in the 11 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Rafael Vieira was extremely unlucky when he, in the 14th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 17th minute, David Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cláudio Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mariano Santarém took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cláudio Reis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Heitor Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Gondifellos FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Rafael Vieira hit a great ball. Mariano Santarém made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Heitor Paredes sent off a good shot on target. Gondifellos FC's Heitor Paredes got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Júlio Campos kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. If Cláudio Reis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 minutes, Júlio Campos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muar and the Gondifellos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th minute, Júlio Campos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cláudio Reis made a kick off. Heitor Paredes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Muar's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Reis came free, but Mariano Santarém reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Muar defense, Cláudio Reis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariano Santarém. The Muar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariano Santarém should have stopped the shot. Cláudio Reis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, Heitor Paredes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mariano Santarém. Muar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Heitor Paredes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Rafael Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Muar's Tiago Branco couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gondifellos FC. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Joel Branco took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for André Gueifão to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heitor Paredes in the 88th minute of play forced Muar's goalkeeper Mariano Santarém to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heitor Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Santarém having to interfere. After having played for 95 minutes, Joel Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Muar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
