Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alexandre Machado kicked off to start the match. The audience was convinced that Lourenço Esteves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rui Gonçalves was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Magalhães got free with José Henriques in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rui Gonçalves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lourenço Esteves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Henriques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Machado in the 14th minute of the match. Domingos Alves scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Henriques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rui Gonçalves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lourenço Esteves in the 19th minute of play. SC Ajuda's José Henriques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save SC Ajuda from getting a goal against them. Mata Mouros F.C's Rui Gonçalves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lourenço Esteves in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Pedro Ribeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 35 minutes, Domingos Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mata Mouros F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingos Alves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th minute, Paulo Campos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 40 played minutes Mata Mouros F.C got a freekick which was hit by Domingos Alves. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Cristiano Jesus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mata Mouros F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Jesus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Henriques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SC Ajuda's José Henriques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save SC Ajuda from getting a goal against them.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lourenço Esteves to make the kick off. A collision led to Mata Mouros F.C getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Steffen Dieckmann hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, SC Ajuda's Pedro Ribeiro tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Alexandre Machado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Henriques. SC Ajuda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandre Machado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Mata Mouros F.C's Cristiano Jesus got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Alexandre Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mata Mouros F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandre Machado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Henriques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexandre Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Henriques having to interfere. Domingos Alves struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. José Henriques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mata Mouros F.C. After some careless play in the SC Ajuda defense, Alexandre Machado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Henriques. The SC Ajuda fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Henriques should have stopped the shot. David Moniz struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. José Henriques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mata Mouros F.C. Domingos Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingos Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Henriques having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Mata Mouros F.C's goalkeeper Rui Gonçalves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Campos. When the referee ended the match the Mata Mouros F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
