Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nivaldo Gago took the kick off in the first half of the match. Emílio Paredes charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emílio Paredes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emílio Paredes kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emílio Paredes in the 10th minute of play forced Outeiros FC's goalkeeper Artur Pádua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 played minutes Outeiros FC got a freekick which was hit by Jerónimo Freitas. Lavradio's Carlos Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerónimo Freitas in the 20th minute of play. Artur Pádua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicente Rodrigues in the 22nd minute of play. Alexandre Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Pádua having to interfere. Emílio Paredes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emílio Paredes struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Artur Pádua didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lavradio. Emílio Paredes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Artur Pádua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 35 played minutes Outeiros FC got a freekick which was hit by Jerónimo Freitas. Carlos Baptista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horácio Lobato in the 37th minute. After 39 minutes, Abel Pacheco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lavradio and the Outeiros FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Lavradio getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Abel Pacheco hit a great ball. Carlos Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerónimo Freitas in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emílio Paredes to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Lavradio's Emílio Paredes got a free kick in the 56th minute. Lavradio's Vicente Rodrigues got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lavradio's Carlos Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horácio Lobato in the 61st minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Lavradio's Emílio Paredes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artur Pádua narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alexandre Teixeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Artur Pádua made a huge save. Lavradio's Alexandre Teixeira got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Outeiros FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jerónimo Freitas hit a great ball. The score was 0-1 after a penalty in the 71st minute, where Lavradio:s Alexandre Teixeira tricked Outeiros FC:s Artur Pádua with a difficult ball by the left post. Horácio Lobato sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Emílio Paredes was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 82 minutes had been played. The supporters of Outeiros FC booed when Lavradio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emílio Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jerónimo Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Outeiros FC's Horácio Lobato in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lavradio's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 96 minutes, Horácio Lobato managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Outeiros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Horácio Lobato was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Lavradio supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lavradio would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
