Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Valério Moniz made the kick off which started today's match. Regufe FC's Mauro Madureira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Matias in the 4th minute of play. In the 4th match minute, Regufe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Valério to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Regufe FC's zone, Ricardo Andrade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Madureira came out of the goal and Ricardo Andrade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Matias struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Mauro Madureira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Picamilho. Abel Figueiredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Moniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Leiria charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Leiria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th minute, Luís Leiria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 played minutes, SC Picamilho's David Moreira shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mauro Madureira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Picamilho reached it. Valério Moniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Figueiredo having to interfere. In the 29th minute Valério Moniz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Figueiredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, SC Picamilho's goalkeeper Abel Figueiredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Vilar. SC Picamilho's Abel Figueiredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valério Moniz in the 32nd minute of play. Regufe FC's Valério Moniz got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alfredo Vilar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Madureira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardo Andrade's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Regufe FC's Alfredo Vilar got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Mauro Madureira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Andrade in the 51st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Matias got free with Mauro Madureira in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abel Figueiredo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Vilar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Vilar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Abel Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Valério Moniz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Abel Teixeira fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Picamilho's protests and gave Abel Teixeira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Abel Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valério Moniz in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Figueiredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Regufe FC's zone, Ricardo Andrade stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Madureira came out of the goal and Ricardo Andrade tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emanuel Matias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Mauro Madureira made a huge save. Abel Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Vilar in the 72nd minute of the match. Alfredo Vilar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abel Figueiredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. With a little luck, Regufe FC's Mauro Madureira got control of the ball when Emanuel Matias tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Emanuel Matias made a precise shot to the right of Mauro Madureira. Regufe FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Emanuel Matias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Madureira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Matias in the 91st minute. Emanuel Matias made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 95thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Mauro Madureira would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. The Regufe FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Picamilho's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Picamilho.
