Hugo Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Óscar Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 31st minute, Joaquim Gaspar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laércio Vilela was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucjan Olejniczak to make the kick off. Nasce's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Joaquim Gaspar scored to the left of an out of position Laércio Vilela, making the score, 1-2. Óscar Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jorge Pedroso during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jorge Pedroso hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. With 90 minutes on the clock, Basílio Leal commited a dangerous tackle.
