Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Isidoro Malta made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that Baltasar Costa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eusébio Cruz was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. After 11 played minutes Viriato Aguiar rounded Defeza FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 16th minute of the match, Humberto Bessa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bruno Quinaz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Baltasar Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Cruz having to interfere. Isidoro Malta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eusébio Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Malta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Gaspar hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Eusébio Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Telinhos in the 28th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heitor Domingues in the 32nd minute of play forced Defeza FC's goalkeeper Bruno Quinaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Heitor Domingues recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Quinaz. Heitor Domingues showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 42 minutes into the game, Ramiro Rijo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Defeza FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Balcas the free kick. After a rather tough play, Defeza FC's Ramiro Rijo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. SC Balcas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Gaspar in the 45th minute. Daniel Gaspar made a great header on SC Balcas's corner, it was just that Defeza FC's Bruno Quinaz managed to reach the ball for a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Heitor Domingues made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Setúbal during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SC Balcas getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Rodrigo Setúbal hit a great ball. Baltasar Costas short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Eusébio Cruz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. SC Balcas's Eusébio Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Malta in the 58th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Heitor Domingues in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Quinaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SC Balcas were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Defeza FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Gaspar took the corner. The audience was convinced that Heitor Domingues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Quinaz was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Heitor Domingues put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Quinaz. When SC Balcas's Heitor Domingues in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Defeza FC's goalie prevented a goal. SC Balcas's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
