Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vivaldo Amaro kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Eurico Vigário ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Durval Igrejas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Juvenal Trindade scored 1-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Márcio Vilalobos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the game, one of Águas Ferreas FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Eurico Vigário had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juvenal Trindade's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Márcio Vilalobos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vivaldo Amaro in the 30th minute of play forced SC Barras's goalkeeper Márcio Vilalobos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eurico Vigário recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Águas Ferreas FC's Durval Igrejas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eurico Vigário in the 35th minute of play. If Hilário Raminhos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hilário Raminhos to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juvenal Trindade in the 51st minute of play forced SC Barras's goalkeeper Márcio Vilalobos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Márcio Vilalobos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vivaldo Amaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Barras's Márcio Vilalobos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juvenal Trindade in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Hilário Raminhos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Águas Ferreas FC's Durval Igrejas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Águas Ferreas FC from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, Hilário Raminhos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Durval Igrejas, 1-3. If Hilário Raminhos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Vivaldo Amaro fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Águas Ferreas FC's protests and gave Vivaldo Amaro a yellow card for diving instead. Márcio Vilalobos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vivaldo Amaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Durval Igrejas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilário Raminhos, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Márcio Vilalobos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Márcio Vilalobos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vivaldo Amaro in the 94th minute of play. When the match was over SC Barras could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Águas Ferreas FC throughout the match.
