Norberto Coutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artur Coelho in the 17th minute of the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Altino Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. seabras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Altino Paiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Tardariz FC booed when seabras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Álvaro Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind seabras's goalkeeper Norberto Coutinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diogo Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in seabras's zone, Tomás Leiria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Coutinho came out of the goal and Tomás Leiria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Álvaro Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Tardariz FC's Fernando Viegas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for seabras. Artur Coelho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Norberto Coutinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Leiria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st match minute, seabras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacob Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute, Tomás Leiria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Altino Paiva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Coelho having to make a save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maurício Júdice stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tardariz FC's goalkeeper Marco Coelho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 69th match minute, Tardariz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Amaral to maneuver through the defense.
