Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Joaquim Melo made the kick off which started today's match. Fernando Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Abel Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hélder Dias during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Montepio FC's Hélder Dias got a free kick in the 8th minute. Fernando Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Gaspar having to interfere. After 12 minutes of play Montepio FC's Hélder Dias was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 13 played minutes Montepio FC got a freekick which was hit by Hélder Dias. Abel Gaspar stood somewhat misplaced when Joaquim Melo came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 15 minute. In the 21st minute of the match João Leão shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abel Gaspar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fernando Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 24 played minutes Joaquim Melo rounded Montepio FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. If Joaquim Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuno Lisboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 35th minute Joaquim Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Montepio FC's goalkeeper Abel Gaspar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernando Matos. 48 minutes into the match, Hugo Simões had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Paredes. Forcada FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugo Simões was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.

When Hugo Simões fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montepio FC's protests and gave Hugo Simões a yellow card for diving instead. Nuno Lisboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Paredes having to interfere. After having played for 92 minutes, Hugo Simões managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montepio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Simões was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vítor Cabral hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. A collision led to Montepio FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Jorge Figueiredo hit a great ball.
