Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Inácio Fraga took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute, Daniel Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valério Figueiredo was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Armindo Anjos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Armindo Anjos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a little luck, Casteleiro's Valério Figueiredo got control of the ball when Miguel Ribeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Joaquim Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cruzinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Joaquim Fontes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valério Figueiredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valério Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armindo Anjos in the 15th minute of play. Inácio Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Macedo having to interfere. After some careless play in the Casteleiro defense, Miguel Ribeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valério Figueiredo. The Casteleiro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valério Figueiredo should have stopped the shot. Inácio Fraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the game, Cruzinho's Armindo Anjos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valério Figueiredo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 72nd minute Armindo Anjos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valério Figueiredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute of the match Júlio Moura shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valério Figueiredo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Cruzinho's Armindo Anjos in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Casteleiro's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 78 minutes, Miguel Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Casteleiro's Valério Figueiredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armindo Anjos in the 79th minute of play. Inácio Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Macedo having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Germano Eanes could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Paulo Macedo however easily saved by the left post.
