David Campos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Sazon in the 3rd minute of play. If Carsten Eiting had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nemesio Sazon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Campos having to interfere. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Soligo FC's goalkeeper David Campos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Soligo FC's David Campos got control of the ball when Carsten Eiting tried to sneak it across the goal line. David Campos was a little too slow when Nemesio Sazon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 27th match minute, Soligo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio Valente to maneuver through the defense. Nemesio Sazon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. David Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Marco Antunes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. os torradas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Antunes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baltasar Ixaka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute Joaquim Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emílio Vieira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emílio Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Martins in the 48th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joaquim Martins made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Carsten Eiting had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Campos. Soligo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carsten Eiting was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Carsten Eiting had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 57th match minute, Soligo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lúcio Valente to maneuver through the defense. David Campos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Sazon in the 65th minute of play. David Campos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carsten Eiting, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Nemesio Sazon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. David Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emílio Vieira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 played minutes, Soligo FC's Daniel Sá shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emílio Vieira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Soligo FC reached it. Óscar Antunes came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Emílio Vieira could save by the left post. After 85 minutes of play, os torradas's Carsten Eiting made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Campos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 91 minutes into the match, os torradas's goalkeeper Emílio Vieira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Óscar Antunes. If Nemesio Sazon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that os torradas were the better team. os torradas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
