Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paulo Rocha kicked off to start the match. Albertino Moniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Rocha in the 5th minute of play. In the 36th minute Joaquim Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albertino Moniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Maia was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gonçalo Pires showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 40 minute of play. Humberto Coelho kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gonçalo Pires stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonçalo Pires in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Maia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Albertino Moniz managed to avoid a goal in the 56thth minute, when Subal FC's Joaquim Rodrigues fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 98 minutes, Jaime Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valdoia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Almeida was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
