He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lordemão United reached it. After a rather tough play, Tesouro's Cristóvão Figueiredo got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 28 played minutes Lordemão United got a freekick which was hit by Joel Borba. Joel Magalhães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of João Cardoso's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ariel Itzaina during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lordemão United getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ariel Itzaina hit a great ball. After 31 minutes of play, Tesouro's Cristóvão Figueiredo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Magalhães was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joel Magalhães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristóvão Figueiredo in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristóvão Figueiredo in the 40th minute of play forced Lordemão United's goalkeeper Joel Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Ferro kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 47th minute of the match Eusébio Resende sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joel Magalhães skillfully saved the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell João Cardoso to make the kick off. Lordemão United's Joel Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Cardoso in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Joel Borba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lordemão United! The referee gave Tesouro a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eusébio Resende, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lordemão United's Joel Magalhães. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Ariel Itzaina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lordemão United's supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Itzaina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heitor Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75thth minute of the game Emílio Nogueira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tesouro's Heitor Lopes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tesouro's Eusébio Resende couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lordemão United. With his leg Joel Magalhães managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Tesouro's Cristóvão Figueiredo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Heitor Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariel Itzaina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristóvão Figueiredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Joel Magalhães made a huge save. Cristóvão Figueiredo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 85th playminute. Ariel Itzaina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Magalhães made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristóvão Figueiredo in the 94th minute.
