In a very dangerous position, a player in Porcos Feios e Maus fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! Regedoura FC's João Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Gueifão in the 26th minute of play. Porcos Feios e Maus's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Mariano Leiria scored to the left of an out of position Eusébio Gonçalves, making the score, 2-1. Mariano Leiria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Eusébio Gonçalves made a huge save. Miguel Coimbra hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Eusébio Gonçalves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Teixeira was the one to do the kick off. João Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Gueifão, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Miguel Coimbra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Gonçalves having to interfere. If Fernando Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Manuel Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusébio Gonçalves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Lucas Paredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Regedoura FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
