Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Marco Caldas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diamantino Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Marco Macedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Cunha in the 7th minute of the match. After 10 minutes, Rui Junqueira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seda FC and the SC Ferrarias players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 11th minute of the match Carlos Andrade sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marco Caldas skillfully saved the ball. Seda FC's Marco Caldas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diamantino Dias in the 13th minute of play. André Mota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rui Junqueira was shown his second yellow card after 15 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Seda FC's Rui Junqueira got a free kick in the 16th minute. Diamantino Dias's late challenge caught a Seda FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diamantino Dias helped the player get up and apologised. 18 minutes into the match, Seda FC's goalkeeper Marco Caldas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Mota. Germano Estrada hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Sebastião Cunha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. André Mota was extremely unlucky when he, in the 32nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Marco Caldas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diamantino Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 37 minutes, Danilo Gois managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seda FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danilo Gois was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastião Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marco Macedo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alexandre Novais went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After the first half Seda FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diamantino Dias was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute André Mota shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Caldas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Mota in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Caldas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Germano Estrada's late challenge caught a SC Ferrarias's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Germano Estrada helped the player get up and apologised. Diamantino Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Marco Caldas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Diamantino Dias, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 65 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Marco Caldas was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If André Mota had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77thth minute of the game André Mota who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seda FC's Marco Caldas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Diamantino Dias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Danilo Gois hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastião Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Macedo having to interfere. Germano Estrada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After taking down the ball on Seda FC's corner Pedro Ferraz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marco Macedo quite easily take care of the ball. Diamantino Dias struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Marco Caldas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Ferrarias. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Seda FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
