Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rodolfo Pereira kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Rodolfo Pereira notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Vermum FC's Pedro Neto. Pedro Neto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Valério Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Neto having to interfere. Pedro Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rui Brito's late challenge caught a SC Madancos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rui Brito helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Vermum FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Brito to maneuver through the defense. Lúcio Ferreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Vermum FC's Lúcio Ferreira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aldaír Poças. That made the score 1-1 after 23 minutes of play. If Lúcio Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Vermum FC's Lúcio Ferreira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aldaír Poças narrowly saved just below the crossbar. SC Madancos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Lúcio Ferreira scored to the left of an out of position Aldaír Poças, making the score, 2-1. In the 36th minute, Gabriel Lopes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vermum FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. SC Madancos's Aldaír Poças proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save SC Madancos from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute, Adão Resende hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valério Dantas in the 47th minute of play forced Vermum FC's goalkeeper Pedro Neto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lúcio Ferreira was the one to do the kick off. Valério Dantas struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Pedro Neto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Madancos. 55 minutes into the match, Vermum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Pereira came free, but Pedro Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aldaír Poças made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lúcio Ferreira in the 62nd minute of play. Valério Dantas took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Neto. Pedro Neto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. An unexpected shot in the 71st minute by Valério Dantas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. SC Madancos's Aldaír Poças played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lúcio Ferreira in the 73rd minute of play. If Valério Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lúcio Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to SC Madancos getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Marcos Brás hit a great ball. Lúcio Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Aldaír Poças tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vermum FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SC Madancos for a fine match.
