Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Afonso Jesus started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Borges in the 3rd minute of play forced Cem's goalkeeper Filipe Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaime Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. António Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cem's Sérgio Cunha got a free kick in the 7th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Filipe Araújo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cem's Filipe Melo. Filipe Melo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 12 minutes into the match, Paulo Borges had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Filipe Melo. Cem's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Borges was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Paulo Borges put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Filipe Melo. Filipe Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Borges in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Paulo Nunes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cem's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Nunes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. António Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. António Cunha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Nunes went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After 31 played minutes Cem got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Nunes. Jorge Carneiro's late challenge caught a Cem's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Carneiro helped the player get up and apologised. Afonso Jesus took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filipe Melo. Filipe Melo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. After some careless play in the Cem defense, Afonso Jesus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filipe Melo. The Cem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filipe Melo should have stopped the shot. In the 46th match minute, Cem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Alves to maneuver through the defense. Filipe Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Borges in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Macedo to make the kick off. Filipe Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Jesus in the 53rd minute of the match. Filipe Melo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 55th minute, which inside left pole to 1-6. 61 minutes into the match, Cem's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Jesus came free, but Filipe Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bigorne's goalkeeper António Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 68 minutes of play, Bigorne's Paulo Borges made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filipe Melo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo Borges got free with Filipe Melo in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Jaime Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot.
