Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Abelhal's goalkeeper Hélio Borba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Unidos FC's Lucas Caldas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hélio Borba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Nóbrega in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélio Borba saved Abelhal from getting behind. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Unidos FC's goalkeeper Gil Osório, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th minute João Nóbrega shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélio Borba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Abelhal's Nélson Macedo got a free kick in the 14th minute. Lucas Caldas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélio Borba having to interfere. Egídio Calheiros charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Egídio Calheiros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Abelhal! The referee gave Unidos FC a penalty, 22 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by António Marinho, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Abelhal's Hélio Borba. 0-1. 25 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Pinheiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unidos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abelhal the free kick. Emanuel Salvado in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gil Osório, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 29th minute Jaime Gois shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gil Osório saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sílvio Bacelar came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Abelhal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Bacelar couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Abelhal's Adelino Vides got a free kick in the 35th minute. When Unidos FC's Lucas Caldas in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Abelhal's goalie prevented a goal. Gil Osório took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Bacelar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Salvado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Caldas scored 0-2 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hélio Borba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Gil Osório made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Leiria in the 54th minute of play. Jorge Leiria charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Leiria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet as Unidos FC's João Nóbrega slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hélio Borba. That made the score 0-3 after 59 minutes of play. In the 62nd match minute, Unidos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juvenal Álvares to maneuver through the defense. In the 65thth minute of the game Emanuel Salvado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unidos FC's Gil Osório was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gil Osório made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Bacelar in the 68th minute of play. Hélio Borba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Nóbrega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Igor Lobato charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Igor Lobato the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 76 played minutes Unidos FC got a freekick which was hit by Igor Lobato. Lucas Caldas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélio Borba having to interfere. Gil Osório showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Salvado in the 87th minute of the match. Emanuel Salvado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gil Osório took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Bacelar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gil Osório stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuel Salvado's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Gil Osório showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Salvado, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute.
