Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jorge Campos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 2 minutes into the match, Milhoes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Pires came free, but Nuno Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Monteiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Dantas having to interfere. Fernando Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Campos, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Afonso Vale in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernando Dantas saved Merlaes FC from getting behind. Milhoes FC's Jorge Campos got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernando Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. António Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Soares having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Jorge Campos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Dantas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Alberto Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Bruno Monteiro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Nuno Soares when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

The wind increased when Bruno Monteiro made the kick off in the second half. Bruno Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Soares having to interfere. André Magalhães kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Bruno Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Merlaes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Monteiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. António Fonseca scored 1-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nuno Soares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Milhoes FC's Nuno Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Monteiro in the 81st minute of play. With a little luck, Merlaes FC's Fernando Dantas got control of the ball when Afonso Vale tried to sneak it across the goal line. Afonso Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Fernando Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Afonso Vale's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Dantas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Bruno Monteiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nuno Soares. Milhoes FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bruno Monteiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.
