After 82 minutes, Francisco Vale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C.P Porto and the Ifanes FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. That made the score 0-3 in the 92 minute of play. When Simão Alves came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Ifanes FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simão Alves couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Ifanes FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than F.C.P Porto throughout the match.
