Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jacinto Varela kicked off to start the match. Rezende FC's Altino Mansilha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rúben Araújo in the 6th minute of play. Jacinto Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. A hard shot by Marcelo Quental from long distance, 9 minutes into the match, got Altino Mansilha's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Altino Mansilha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rúben Araújo in the 14th minute of play. Altino Mansilha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rúben Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, Rezende FC's Santiago Corte-Real got a free kick in the 19th minute. Rúben Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Altino Mansilha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rúben Araújo struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Altino Mansilha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SLBetinho. Rúben Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Altino Mansilha having to interfere. A collision led to SLBetinho getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Jorge Salvado hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Rezende FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rúben Araújo came free, but Altino Mansilha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacinto Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Jacinto Varela notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SLBetinho's Abílio Estrela. Abílio Estrela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tarcísio Seabra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Altino Mansilha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Rúben Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rezende FC's Altino Mansilha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Rezende FC from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rúben Araújo was the one to do the kick off. Altino Mansilha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tarcísio Seabra in the 52nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rúben Araújo in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Altino Mansilha saved Rezende FC from getting behind. Jacinto Varela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Abílio Estrela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tarcísio Seabra struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Altino Mansilha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SLBetinho. Jacinto Varela charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacinto Varela the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SLBetinho booed when Rezende FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacinto Varela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Altino Mansilha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rúben Araújo in the 72nd minute of play. In the 72nd match minute, Rezende FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Varela to maneuver through the defense. When Jacinto Varela came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Rezende FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Varela couldn't finish the play. Tarcísio Seabra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rúben Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Altino Mansilha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rezende FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
