Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After a defensive mix-up in Aboleira FC's zone, Manuel Sá stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Bandeira came out of the goal and Manuel Sá tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10th minute Manuel Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Bandeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogério Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Bandeira having to interfere. Salvador Rebocho kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 18th match minute, Aboleira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Carvalheira to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Neto in the 21st minute of play forced Aboleira FC's goalkeeper Marcos Bandeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Faria hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the game, Manuel Sá cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. SC Sambado's Rogério Neto got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Bandeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Sá in the 34th minute of the match. Dário Varanda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rogério Neto in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. Américo Fidalgo hit a great ball. Marcos Bandeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademar Assunção in the 44th minute of play forced SC Sambado's goalkeeper Fernando Coimbra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 52ndth minute of the game Rogério Neto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aboleira FC's Marcos Bandeira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 54th minute, Rogério Neto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aboleira FC's goalkeeper Marcos Bandeira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adelino Carvalheira during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Aboleira FC's Adelino Carvalheira got a free kick in the 60th minute. Marcos Bandeira made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Manuel Sá sent off a good shot on target. Ademar Assunção recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ademar Assunção hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 70th match minute, SC Sambado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Carneiro to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Bandeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute.
