Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Bento Nunes made the kick off which started today's match. Rui Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Marcos Bandeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lavos FC booed when Aboleira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Rebocho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aboleira FC's goalkeeper Marcos Bandeira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bento Nunes in the 8th minute of play forced Aboleira FC's goalkeeper Marcos Bandeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rui Tavares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Marcos Bandeira made a huge save. Adelino Carvalheira charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adelino Carvalheira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lavos FC booed when Aboleira FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adelino Carvalheira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Bandeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Esteves in the 22nd minute of the match. Rui Tavares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Bandeira having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Adelino Carvalheira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aboleira FC's goalkeeper Marcos Bandeira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Dário Varanda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Humberto Correia charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Humberto Correia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Humberto Correia hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. If Ademar Assunção had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th match minute, Lavos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Esteves to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Aboleira FC defense, Bento Nunes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Bandeira. The Aboleira FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Bandeira should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Rui Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lavos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Tavares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Bandeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bento Nunes in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Bandeira saved Aboleira FC from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ademar Assunção to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Lavos FC's Bruno Esteves got control of the ball when Dário Varanda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dário Varanda took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Esteves. Bruno Esteves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Aboleira FC's zone, Bento Nunes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Bandeira came out of the goal and Bento Nunes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bento Nunes struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Marcos Bandeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lavos FC. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Aboleira FC's goalkeeper Marcos Bandeira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 68 played minutes, Aboleira FC's Salvador Rebocho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bruno Esteves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Aboleira FC reached it. Dário Varanda's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bruno Esteves firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Lavos FC's Bento Nunes in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aboleira FC's goalie prevented a goal. Bento Nunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bento Nunes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Filipe Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lavos FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
