Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when André Morais got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th minute of the game, Pedro Cunha landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 8 minutes, Ivo Rebelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kas Sport Clube and the CARVOEIRA F C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of CARVOEIRA F C booed when Kas Sport Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivo Rebelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Noel Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bento Faro having to interfere. Aristides Benevides's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Bento Faro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Amadeu Rodrigues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Amadeu Rodrigues made a precise shot to the right of Norberto Valente. Kas Sport Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. André Morais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 48th minute Noel Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bento Faro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

53 minutes into the match, CARVOEIRA F C's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Marques came free, but Bento Faro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noel Marques took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bento Faro. Bento Faro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Afonso Onofre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kas Sport Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Onofre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bento Faro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Higino Coelho fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kas Sport Clube's protests and gave Higino Coelho a yellow card for diving instead. It was beautiful to see CARVOEIRA F C's Humberto Martins in action when he in the 72nd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Amadeu Rodrigues's late challenge caught a Kas Sport Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeu Rodrigues helped the player get up and apologised. Amadeu Rodrigues kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Benevides in the 80th minute of play forced CARVOEIRA F C's goalkeeper Bento Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano Assunção sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bento Faro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Marques in the 84th minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Amadeu Rodrigues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the game, Kas Sport Clube's Noel Marques nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bento Faro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. CARVOEIRA F C's Bento Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Marques in the 92nd minute of play. CARVOEIRA F C were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Kas Sport Clube to leave the ground with a draw.
