In the 19th match minute, SC Tourinhas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bento Viana to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to SC Tourinhas getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ricardo Antunes hit a great ball. Academico de Viseu FC's Sálvio Gameiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Academico de Viseu FC from getting a goal against them. If Gonçalo Assis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, SC Tourinhas's Carlos Rocha got control of the ball when Ramiro Ferrão tried to sneak it across the goal line.
