Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Márcio Camargo kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Catarino Setúbal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neiva FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Catarino Setúbal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcelo Sanches breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Tavares in the 7th minute of play forced Clube Oriental de Lisboa's goalkeeper Marcelo Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Tavares could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Marcelo Sanches made a huge save. Catarino Setúbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Sanches having to interfere. Marcelo Sanches didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 16th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Catarino Setúbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Marcelo Sanches tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute Augusto Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Tavares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 38 minutes, Marcelo Sanches successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Clube Oriental de Lisboa's goalkeeper couldn't reach when José Tavares 43 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. José Tavares struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Marcelo Sanches didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neiva FC. In the 56th minute, Catarino Setúbal made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Sanches. Clube Oriental de Lisboa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Neiva FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Catarino Setúbal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Clube Oriental de Lisboa's Miguel Lameirinhas got a free kick in the 63rd minute. José Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Catarino Setúbal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcelo Sanches. Clube Oriental de Lisboa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Catarino Setúbal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Catarino Setúbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If José Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Clube Oriental de Lisboa! The audience was convinced that Catarino Setúbal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Sanches was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Marcelo Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Tavares, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Neiva FC's Catarino Setúbal got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 85 played minutes Clube Oriental de Lisboa got a freekick which was hit by Márcio Camargo. In the 87th minute, Márcio Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Catarino Setúbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Marcelo Sanches tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 97 minutes, Catarino Setúbal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neiva FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Catarino Setúbal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 100th minute, Manuel Dantas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelo Sanches was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0.
