Bilhoes's Daniel Coimbra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Brito in the 3rd minute of play. If Leon Hendzel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Guarda in the 25th minute of play forced abcdCF's goalkeeper José Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amadeu Pires got free with José Viana in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, abcdCF's Viriato Coimbra got a free kick in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Armando Moura managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bilhoes's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Moura was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Viana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Tomás Reis fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored abcdCF's protests and gave Tomás Reis a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st match minute, abcdCF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Reis to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Amadeu Pires could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which José Viana however easily saved by the left post. Tomás Reis got his second yellow card in the match during the 32nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, abcdCF's Tomás Reis got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, abcdCF's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Pires came free, but José Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th match minute, abcdCF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Santarém to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Armando Moura in the 48th minute really tested José Viana's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The Bilhoes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. abcdCF were winning 1-2.

52 minutes into the game, Jorge Brito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Daniel Coimbra. Jorge Brito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. José Viana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeu Pires, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 70 minutes into the match, abcdCF's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Pires came free, but José Viana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Jorge Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
