Diego Tinoco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miguel Roriz, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. In the 21st minute Amável Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Amaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Amaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joaquim Martins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 26 minutes, Rodrigo Loureiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clube Oriental de Lisboa and the Playboy All Stars players grew even worse after the yellow card. Raimundo Vigário showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sérgio Paião, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Tinoco during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, Clube Oriental de Lisboa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Tinoco to maneuver through the defense. Raul Baldaia hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Sérgio Paião fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Raimundo Vigário, passed just outside the right post. If Joaquim Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Clube Oriental de Lisboa's zone, Raul Baldaia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimundo Vigário came out of the goal and Raul Baldaia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clube Oriental de Lisboa's goalkeeper Raimundo Vigário, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sérgio Paião stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Raimundo Vigário showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sérgio Paião, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Clube Oriental de Lisboa's zone, Sérgio Paião stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimundo Vigário came out of the goal and Sérgio Paião tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Clube Oriental de Lisboa getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Luís Severiano hit a great ball. Amável Vargas came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and André Amaro could save by the left post. Joaquim Martins was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 73rd minute. Clube Oriental de Lisboa's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Amável Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. André Amaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg André Amaro managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Clube Oriental de Lisboa's Amável Vargas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Joaquim Martins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Amaro having to interfere. Pedro Calçada hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Raul Baldaia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 97 minutes into the match, Raul Baldaia notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Clube Oriental de Lisboa's Raimundo Vigário. Raimundo Vigário was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
