Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Vítor Costa made the kick off and thus started the match. Rui Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Moreira having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Campos in the 6th minute of play forced SC Casaes's goalkeeper Afonso Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inácio Correia during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 11 played minutes SC Casaes got a freekick which was hit by Inácio Correia. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Anders Nyberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Algarve C.F's supporters rose to their feet, but Anders Nyberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonso Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Casaes's goalkeeper Afonso Moreira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Inácio Correia might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Castro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Inácio Correia ran back to his position shaking his head. Rui Campos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Moreira having to interfere. After 25 played minutes SC Casaes got a freekick which was hit by David Garcia. Rui Campos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Afonso Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 played minutes SC Casaes got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Aguiar. The audience was convinced that Rui Campos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Afonso Moreira was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Hugo Anjos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Algarve C.F's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Anjos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonso Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, SC Casaes's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Campos came free, but Afonso Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, SC Casaes's Henrique Amaral got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Atletico Algarve C.F's Rui Campos got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Vasco Barros came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Atletico Algarve C.F fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vasco Barros couldn't finish the play. Afonso Moreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rui Campos in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Vítor Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Atletico Algarve C.F's Rui Campos in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rui Campos to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Vasco Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 53rd minute Vítor Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atletico Algarve C.F's André Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Carneiro in the 54th minute of play. A hard shot 63 in the game by Rui Campos from a close distance when the talented Afonso Moreira managed to make a qualified save. SC Casaes's players were relieved. Afonso Moreira made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Rui Campos sent off a good shot on target. Afonso Moreira was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Rui Campos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rui Campos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After 90 minutes of play, Atletico Algarve C.F's Rui Campos made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Afonso Moreira was left in no man's land by his defense there! SC Casaes's Vítor Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
