Yuri Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Ramires having to interfere. Nuno Ramires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandrino Veiga in the 22nd minute of play. In the 26th minute, Hélder Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nuno Ramires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Mendes in the 29th minute of the match. Alexandrino Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Ramires having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuri Mendes in the 41st minute of play forced SC Bombardeira's goalkeeper Nuno Ramires to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xavier Candal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yuri Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Nuno Ramires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Azenha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adalberto Corte-Real having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Manuel Azenha made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, S.E.R.U. Leceia's Flávio Mota nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nuno Ramires made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 56 minutes into the match, SC Bombardeira's goalkeeper Nuno Ramires had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flávio Mota. Alexandrino Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Ramires having to interfere. Alexandrino Veiga struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Nuno Ramires didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.E.R.U. Leceia. Yuri Mendes might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nuno Ramires. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yuri Mendes ran back to his position shaking his head. 68 minutes into the match, SC Bombardeira's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Mendes came free, but Nuno Ramires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandrino Veiga in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nuno Ramires, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Yuri Mendes struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Nuno Ramires didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.E.R.U. Leceia. Alexandrino Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Nuno Ramires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yuri Mendes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nuno Ramires came out and tried to block the shot, but Yuri Mendes slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 85th minute. In the 91st minute Yuri Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Ramires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SC Bombardeira's Nuno Ramires proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save SC Bombardeira from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded S.E.R.U. Leceia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than SC Bombardeira.
