Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cristiano Mendes got the match started through his kick off. Delfim Assis's late challenge caught a SC Pilar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delfim Assis helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Clube Futebol Fão getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Delfim Assis hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, Américo Pereira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Amadeu Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clube Futebol Fão's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeu Cunha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristóvão Henriques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 24 minutes into the match, SC Pilar's goalkeeper Cristóvão Henriques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeu Cunha. When Cristiano Mendes, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 27 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Rafael Gueifão was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Rafael Gueifão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 39 minutes into the match, SC Pilar's goalkeeper Cristóvão Henriques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delfim Assis. A hard shot 39 in the game by Delfim Assis from a close distance when the talented Cristóvão Henriques managed to make a qualified save. SC Pilar's players were relieved. Amadeu Cunha might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristóvão Henriques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amadeu Cunha ran back to his position shaking his head. Américo Pereira in the 42ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Cristóvão Henriques, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 44th match minute, Clube Futebol Fão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Faro to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Américo Pereira made a kick off. 57 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Guerreiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clube Futebol Fão's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Pilar the free kick. In the 57th minute, one of Clube Futebol Fão:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Clube Futebol Fão. The referee gave SC Pilar a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cristiano Matias, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Clube Futebol Fão's Rafael Gueifão. 2-1. After 63 played minutes SC Pilar got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Matias. After having played for 65 minutes, Sebastião Henriques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Pilar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastião Henriques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 67 played minutes Clube Futebol Fão got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Gaspar. After having played for 71 minutes, Américo Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Futebol Fão's supporters crossed their fingers, but Américo Pereira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, Clube Futebol Fão's goalkeeper Rafael Gueifão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastião Henriques. An unexpectedly hard shot by Américo Pereira in the 84th minute of play forced SC Pilar's goalkeeper Cristóvão Henriques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 minutes, António Resende mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Pilar and the Clube Futebol Fão players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th match minute, SC Pilar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Resende to maneuver through the defense. After 86 played minutes, Clube Futebol Fão's Albertino Moutinho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cristóvão Henriques came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Clube Futebol Fão reached it. Amadeu Cunha took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristóvão Henriques. Cristóvão Henriques dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Cristóvão Henriques came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Clube Futebol Fão's Américo Pereira. But to his dismay, Américo Pereira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Clube Futebol Fão were victorious despite being under pressure from SC Pilar for much of the match.
