Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miguel Amaro started the match with the kick off. Miguel Amaro struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Emílio Castro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maragota. After a rather tough play, Bravo's Miguel Araújo got a free kick in the 5th minute. Joaquim Aguiar's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Emílio Castro - 0-1 was put on the score board in the 5th minute. Miguel Amaro took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emílio Castro. Emílio Castro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Miguel Amaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maragota's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Amaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emílio Castro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the game, Jaime Faria cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Emílio Castro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bravo's Emílio Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Faria in the 23rd minute of play. Miguel Amaro took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emílio Castro. Emílio Castro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Bernardo Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lúcio Bessa, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 40 minutes, Joaquim Aguiar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maragota and the Bravo players grew even worse after the yellow card. 39 minutes into the game, one of Maragota:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 46th of the match, Lúcio Bessa tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Bernardo Lima got in the way and made a wonderful save. Jaime Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Castro having to interfere.

In the 58th minute, Lúcio Bessa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miguel Amaro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 62nd minute. Maragota's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 75th minute, Joaquim Aguiar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Bravo's Emílio Castro didn't even have to move. Miguel Araújo hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Miguel Amaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Emílio Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Adolfo Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maragota's Jaime Faria got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lúcio Bessa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
