Gustavo Brás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Brás's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Valério Aveiro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Valério Aveiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With his leg Valério Aveiro managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Cantelaes's Gustavo Brás fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Basílio Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Caetano Nascimento took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lúcio Matias. Lúcio Matias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Gustavo Brás could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Valério Aveiro made a huge save. In the 37th minute Tiago Leite shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valério Aveiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Gustavo Brás could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Valério Aveiro however easily saved by the left post. 41 minutes into the match, Milhao FC's goalkeeper Valério Aveiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Brás. In the 44th minute, Gustavo Brás made a precise shot to the right of Valério Aveiro. Milhao FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Gustavo Brás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Caetano Nascimento to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 68th minute, Tiago Leite ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valério Aveiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Valério Aveiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cantelaes fully deserved thier win.
