Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zacarias Porto kicked off to start the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Daniel Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tamejoso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Timóteo Telinhos managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Tamejoso's Xavier Porto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Bairro Espinhal FC's zone, Daniel Garcia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timóteo Telinhos came out of the goal and Daniel Garcia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute Daniel Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timóteo Telinhos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Xavier Porto, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 15 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Timóteo Telinhos was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Bairro Espinhal FC's Timóteo Telinhos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Garcia in the 19th minute of play. Timóteo Telinhos stood somewhat misplaced when Xavier Porto came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 22 minute. Gustavo Viegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Porto in the 30th minute of play. If Daniel Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Bairro Espinhal FC's zone, Xavier Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timóteo Telinhos came out of the goal and Xavier Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bairro Espinhal FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Daniel Garcia scored to the left of an out of position Timóteo Telinhos, making the score, 3-0. When Daniel Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Tamejoso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Garcia couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Garcia made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evandro Furtado got free with Gustavo Viegas in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 54 minutes into the match, Bairro Espinhal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Porto came free, but Timóteo Telinhos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Viegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zacarias Porto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Viegas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After some careless play in the Bairro Espinhal FC defense, Xavier Porto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Timóteo Telinhos. The Bairro Espinhal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Timóteo Telinhos should have stopped the shot. Evandro Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Viegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xavier Porto in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timóteo Telinhos saved Bairro Espinhal FC from getting behind. Zacarias Porto was extremely unlucky when he, in the 77th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 83rd match minute, Bairro Espinhal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Tavares to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Timóteo Telinhos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Bairro Espinhal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Porto came free, but Timóteo Telinhos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timóteo Telinhos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. A collision led to Bairro Espinhal FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Lúcio Dias hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute of the match Gabriel Alves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Timóteo Telinhos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Timóteo Telinhos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Rui Amaral's late challenge caught a Tamejoso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rui Amaral helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tamejoso booed when Bairro Espinhal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tamejoso walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
