The Art Interiores fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jerónimo Fernandes should have stopped the shot. João Santiago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademar Marinho having to interfere. Adalberto Aveiro scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ademar Marinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Art Interiores's goalkeeper Jerónimo Fernandes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zarco Silveira in the 35th minute of play forced Art Interiores's goalkeeper Jerónimo Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Os Marretas Da Bola FC's goalkeeper Ademar Marinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bruno Ruas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zarco Silveira made a kick off. An unexpected shot in the 54th minute by Zarco Silveira got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ademar Marinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adalberto Aveiro's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Rui Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Art Interiores's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Saldanha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ademar Marinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jerónimo Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zarco Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Os Marretas Da Bola FC booed when Art Interiores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Saldanha didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Art Interiores's Alexandre Zarco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ademar Marinho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ademar Marinho came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Art Interiores's Adalberto Aveiro. But to his dismay, Adalberto Aveiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 86 minutes into the game, Art Interiores's Adalberto Aveiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ademar Marinho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Bruno Ruas might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jerónimo Fernandes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Ruas ran back to his position shaking his head. If Adalberto Aveiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Zarco in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ademar Marinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 98 minutes of play, Art Interiores's Adalberto Aveiro made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ademar Marinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Art Interiores's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
