Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Angélico Araújo started the match with the kick off. Eusébio Marques struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Jorge Granja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sobreda FC. 6 minutes into the match, Afonso Oliveira notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SO eu's Jorge Granja. Jorge Granja was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eusébio Marques scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jorge Granja, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernardo Alvarenga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Hélder Jesus made a huge save. Hélder Jesus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angélico Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SO eu's zone, Eusébio Marques stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Granja came out of the goal and Eusébio Marques tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th match minute, SO eu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Patrício to maneuver through the defense. If Cláudio Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Marques in the 29th minute of play forced SO eu's goalkeeper Jorge Granja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Alvarenga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Hélder Jesus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Bernardo Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Celso Patrício hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Henriques struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Jorge Granja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sobreda FC. Leandro Sampaio made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Durval Medeiros immediately put the ball in play. A collision led to Sobreda FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Rafael Campos hit a great ball. SO eu's Bernardo Alvarenga got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eusébio Marques to make the kick off. In the 59th minute Angélico Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hélder Jesus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Eusébio Marques recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jorge Granja. Eusébio Marques showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. A throw-in in the 67th minute of the game was made by Donato Lisboa with João Lemos as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Miguel Freitas fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sobreda FC's protests and gave Miguel Freitas a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes Sobreda FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Freitas. The supporters of SO eu booed when Sobreda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Campos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes, SO eu's Leandro Sampaio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hélder Jesus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SO eu reached it. Miguel Freitas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Alvarenga in the 80th minute of play forced Sobreda FC's goalkeeper Hélder Jesus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SO eu's Jorge Granja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save SO eu from getting a goal against them. Jorge Granja made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Henriques in the 82nd minute. 83 minutes in the game Leandro Sampaio did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jordão Amaral. 90 minutes into the match, Sobreda FC's Eusébio Marques sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Granja narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sobreda FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
