Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rui Aleixo got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th minute, Júlio Leite reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of António Veiga. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 12th match minute, SC Donai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Moniz to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Rodrigues shot from long distance in the 14th minute, but António Veiga was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. When Sebastião Dantas fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Mucela's protests and gave Sebastião Dantas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Sebastião Dantas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, SC Mucela's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Aleixo came free, but Armindo Amaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adelino Coimbra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. António Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Coimbra in the 22nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adelino Coimbra in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck António Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When SC Donai's Rui Aleixo in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Mucela's goalie prevented a goal. António Veiga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino Coimbra in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute SC Mucela were awarded a corner. Manuel Rodrigues went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Manuel Rodrigues almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Donai's António Veiga did a great save. Sebastião Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Veiga having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Paredes in the 46th minute of play forced SC Mucela's goalkeeper Armindo Amaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adelino Coimbra made a kick off. Sérgio Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Amaro having to interfere. 1-1 became the score in the 56th minute when Rui Aleixo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Adelino Coimbra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Adelino Coimbra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th minute, Sérgio Paredes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When SC Mucela's Júlio Leite in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Donai's goalie prevented a goal. After 81 played minutes SC Donai got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Costa. With a little luck, SC Mucela's Armindo Amaro got control of the ball when Sérgio Paredes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adelino Coimbra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Veiga having to interfere. António Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Alves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 94 played minutes SC Mucela got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Magalhães. After a defensive mix-up in SC Mucela's zone, Rui Aleixo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armindo Amaro came out of the goal and Rui Aleixo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
