Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Fábio Lopes got the match started through his kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Leira FC's goalkeeper João Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xavier Moniz. João Lopes's late challenge caught a SC Molaredo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. João Lopes helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Leira FC's João Lopes got a free kick in the 10th minute. Fábio Lopes charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fábio Lopes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fábio Lopes hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Leira FC's goalkeeper João Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xavier Moniz. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Lopes in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaspar Matos saved SC Molaredo from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Dias in the 33rd minute of play forced SC Molaredo's goalkeeper Gaspar Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Fábio Lopes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of João Vale. The goal made the score 1-0. After having played for 41 minutes, João Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Lopes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell João Lopes to make the kick off. Armindo Dias who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Gaspar Matos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 54thth minute of the game Fábio Lopes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leira FC's João Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Xavier Moniz came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the SC Molaredo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xavier Moniz couldn't finish the play. Armindo Dias succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 58th playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Lopes in the 62nd minute of play forced SC Molaredo's goalkeeper Gaspar Matos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xavier Moniz in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Vale prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xavier Moniz in the 74th managed to get into a good position. After recieving a nice pass, Leira FC's Jorge Lima tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, SC Molaredo's goalkeeper Gaspar Matos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armindo Dias. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
