Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) SC Fernandilho's José Costa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 5 minutes, Gil Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sacados's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gil Aguiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nuno Mota scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fábio Barros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 14 minutes into the game, Vítor Araújo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sacados's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Fernandilho the free kick. Fábio Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Mota in the 18th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes Sacados got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Alves. SC Fernandilho's José Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nuno Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Fábio Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Fernandes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but José Costa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. When José Costa came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the SC Fernandilho fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Costa couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sacados's goalkeeper José Fernandes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If José Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st match minute, Sacados was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Araújo to maneuver through the defense. Fábio Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gil Aguiar in the 44th minute of the match.

With a little luck, SC Fernandilho's Fábio Barros got control of the ball when Nuno Mota tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Sacados booed when SC Fernandilho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fábio Barros acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 56th minute, took the ball on the long shot from José Costa. José Costa hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Inácio Amaral took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for José Fernandes. Sacados's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gil Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Fábio Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Albertino Moutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuno Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gil Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. José Fernandes came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Fernandilho's José Costa. But to his dismay, José Costa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. José Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertino Moutinho in the 89th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sacados's Gil Aguiar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fábio Barros. That made the score 2-3 after 91 minutes of play. 95 minutes into the match, Sacados's goal looked a bit too open when Albertino Moutinho came free, but José Fernandes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Sacados players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
