Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rogério Neto took the kick off in the first half of the match. Joel Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogério Neto in the 6th minute of the match. Rogério Neto struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Joel Martins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Segundeira. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Rogério Neto managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Segundeira's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogério Neto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Martins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Pinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, SC Segundeira's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Melo came free, but Vasco Resende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vasco Resende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Pinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Rogério Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Joel Martins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Segundeira's goalkeeper Vasco Resende, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SC Segundeira's David Faria got a free kick in the 47th minute. Estanqueiro FC's Fernando Pinto got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
56 minutes into the match, Estanqueiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Neto came free, but Joel Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Fernando Pinto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vasco Resende was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. In the 60th minute Fernando Pinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasco Resende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Pinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rogério Neto in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, SC Segundeira's Miguel Pinto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Martins narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Cristiano Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Pinto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joel Martins having to make a save. Adolfo Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Segundeira fans cheered their team off the field, for while Estanqueiro FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
