Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Viriato Oliveira started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute, Cristóvão Faria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Amoreira's Joaquim Aguiar got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, Gadunho FC's goalkeeper David Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristóvão Amaral. David Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Faria in the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute of the match Oliveira Pedroso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but David Andrade skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Gadunho FC's Viriato Oliveira got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 37 played minutes Gadunho FC got a freekick which was hit by António Reis. Viriato Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Daniel Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Gadunho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristóvão Faria came free, but David Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Adolfo Pires was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gadunho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Amoreira the free kick. The supporters of SC Amoreira booed when Gadunho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gadunho FC's David Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristóvão Faria in the 46th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristóvão Faria to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Oliveira in the 54th minute of play forced SC Amoreira's goalkeeper Daniel Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Amoreira's goalkeeper Daniel Esteves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Oliveira in the 57th minute of play forced SC Amoreira's goalkeeper Daniel Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 minutes, João Leão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Amoreira and the Gadunho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Viriato Oliveira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Esteves having to make a save. If Rui Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rui Moreira came free with the goalkeeper in the 69th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Daniel Esteves could save by the left post. Rui Moreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Esteves having to interfere. Viriato Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Daniel Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rui Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vítor Neves hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, SC Amoreira's Lourenço Sousa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 81st minute Cristóvão Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Esteves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Oliveira in the 83rd minute of play. When Joaquim Aguiar fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Amoreira's protests and gave Joaquim Aguiar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gadunho FC booed when SC Amoreira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Aguiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rui Moreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Esteves having to interfere. Viriato Oliveira struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Daniel Esteves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gadunho FC. Daniel Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viriato Oliveira in the 94th minute of the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
