Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alexandre Aguiar kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, SC Arosa's Afonso Neves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Paiva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. André Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Neves, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. SC Ursulinas's André Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Neves in the 12th minute of play. Afonso Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. André Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute Alexandre Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Melo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Armindo Nogueira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 19 played minutes SC Ursulinas got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Fontes. Afonso Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Neves in the 26th minute of play forced SC Ursulinas's goalkeeper André Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Afonso Melo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armindo Nogueira. SC Arosa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Melo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Afonso Melo got free with Armindo Nogueira in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute of the match Pedro Garcia sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but André Paiva skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Alexandre Tavares managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Arosa's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandre Tavares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. André Paiva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 43rd minute, SC Arosa's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Afonso Melo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Ursulinas's goalkeeper André Paiva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alexandre Tavares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. André Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Afonso Neves in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Paiva saved SC Ursulinas from getting behind. Cristóvão Pedroso charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristóvão Pedroso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SC Arosa booed when SC Ursulinas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristóvão Pedroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. André Paiva was a little too slow when Afonso Neves got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 2-2. SC Ursulinas's André Paiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save SC Ursulinas from getting a goal against them. After 72 minutes of play, SC Arosa's Alexandre Tavares made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. André Paiva was left in no man's land by his defense there! André Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Tavares in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of SC Ursulinas booed when SC Arosa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 81 minutes, Alexandre Aguiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Ursulinas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Aguiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Rui Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandre Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Armindo Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Arosa eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
