Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Afonso Matias kicked off to start the match. Carlos Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Henriques in the 4th minute of the match. After 4 played minutes Rebelhos FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Carneiro. After having played for 6 minutes, Gabriel Henriques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Valinha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Henriques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 8 minutes into the game, Ricardo Figueiredo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rebelhos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Valinha the free kick. A collision led to Rebelhos FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Ricardo Figueiredo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Gabriel Henriques managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Valinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Henriques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Domingues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the game, Albertino Vieira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Carlos Domingues was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Albertino Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vasco Resende took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Viana. Jorge Viana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Eusébio Sá hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Gabriel Henriques managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Valinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Henriques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Domingues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vasco Resende who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Jorge Viana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gabriel Henriques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertino Vieira in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabriel Henriques made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Henriques in the 52nd minute of play forced Rebelhos FC's goalkeeper Carlos Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasco Resende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Henriques in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Domingues saved Rebelhos FC from getting behind. Carlos Domingues came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Valinha's Albertino Vieira. But to his dismay, Albertino Vieira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Afonso Matias in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Viana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rodrigo Coelho kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Ricardo Figueiredo hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Vasco Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Viana having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lourenço Guarda in the 80th minute of play forced SC Valinha's goalkeeper Jorge Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Vasco Resende's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Viana was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Albertino Vieira took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlos Domingues. Carlos Domingues dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Joaquim Carneiro was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of SC Valinha booed when Rebelhos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Carneiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Afonso Matias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Viana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. When Rogério Trindade fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Valinha's protests and gave Rogério Trindade a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to SC Valinha getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Rogério Trindade hit a great ball. SC Valinha's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
